Good Afternoon, 

I can't wait to see you all tonight at practice,  tomorrow's swim meet please provide your child with snacks, water and powerade( gatorade). I am not allowed to bring coolers in and you are not allowed on deck so please make sure all of their items are in their bags!! 

Parents please try to arrive by 230pm. I will be standing out front  once you have met me with your child you are free  to go inside and get your seats to make sure you are able to see your child swim. Remember the boys pool is the farthest from the main entrance and the girls pool is in the middle.  The swim meet begins at 4pm and will run 2-3 hours. 

The heat sheet for our session is attached.  I will have a couple printed!
